Is this normal for a fiddle leaf fig?

    When fruiting in the wild yes but as a household plant, no. You may have red spiders, white flies, or another pest. I suggest checking underneath the leaves for any eggs and check the soil for any larvae or eggs. If you do see any I recommend been oil or a tablespoon of dish soap in a spray bottle to protect the plant.

    I do see small larva coming out from the soil. I do not see any eggs or insects under the leaves. I have previously sprayed neem oil on the entire plant because the neighboring plant got house mites.

    The white bugs are millipedes. The red marks are common on these plants whether they’re potted or in the ground. It’s likely edema where the cells burst from taking in too much water after going dry too long. The fix is to let the soil dry out more. The excess moisture allows fungus gnats to thrive.
