What are the temp/light and draft conditions? Your watering habits… looks like possible pest infestation… but also looks soggy so can be overwatering, light issues, humidity issues, pests, fungal infection or a combo of those

Well first, monstera are climbing plants, try giving it some support! Try bottom watering, once every week consistently, or just when the soil is completely dried out! It looks like it could use some light as well. And check the roots for any rot, and properly feed the plant with fertilizer or instant plant food!

It’s drowning. Too much water. It’s likely root rot from overwatering. Check the roots and remove all rot and infected soil. Disinfectant the roots and pot with hydrogen peroxide. Replace all the soil with a chunky mix with lots of perlite. Only water 2-3 inches of soil dries out. The leaves will look a little limp. Cut off the leaves with the worst rot. Leave the best leaves for photosynthesis. 🪴🍀

Thanks everybody! Yes it sounds like from what I’ve been reading I could have been over watering it and maybe thrips. Thanks

Also it can be a sign of low humidity if it’s by an ac or fan I would move it

Use a humidifier or pebble tray and stop misting if you are
