   Check for pests first and then check the roots. If they smell and are mushy and brown they need better drainage. Remove the root rot with clean scissor and spray them with 3% peroxide. Then repot into a chunky soil mix. If pests are present shower the plant with room temp water then spray with an insecticidal soap solution or neem oil + a drop of soap (I like Dr bronners peppermint) *spider mites could be the culprit. Check under the leaves, if there’s tiny webs and “dirt particles” that’s what’s causing it
