I saw these strange little bugs on my sweet potato vines. Google Lens says they are zelus longipes aka milkweed assassin bug. Google is giving me different responses on if they're good for the plant /garden or not. Thoughts?

They kill all kinds of bugs as their name states including the beneficial insects. They are not directly harmful to plants. I would leave them. I usually see more harmful insects on my plants than beneficial ones. It’s up to you.
