What the fresh hell is this thing?? Found at the bottom of a pot of delosperma, sandy light soil, terracotta, its been a wet, chilly english summer…. This thing is maybe 6-8mm long. Thats all the info I have. Friend or foe?

    This is what Google says. Looks like it needs to die to me, I’ve never seen anything like this before.

      Thank you for those results. So I guess it’s a beetle pupa; one of a few possibilities, and none of them good news 😕👍
