My calla lily’s are indoor plants, but seem to have gotten what looks to be MITES 😬 They’re white and green. I’ve tried spraying the plant with neem oil, but that didn’t get rid of them! Please, ANY tips for this are appreciated. I’ve wanted this particular variant for so long, I’d be devastated if she dies

I use a mixture and it works as a pesticide. 2 cups of distilled water 2 tbsp neem oil 1 tbsp peppermint Castile soap 1 tsp 70% rubbing alcohol If you’re looking for a quick fix I’d use 70% isopropyl alcohol diluted even more with water on a q-tip to take those suckers away… I’d also repot if possible because they can stay in the soil 🫣 I hope she gets the cure she needs!! Best of luck!

I’m not familiar with this plant, but if it can take rinsing for most mites I find the best method to tackle them is quarantining and diligently rinsing the plant every couple days for 4-6 weeks, repotting halfway through. I’ll do a light insecticidal soap treatment at night and leave it dark for 2-3 days then rinse at the beginning; and as needed after that.

You can usually get rid of spider mite with just rinsing in the shower every couple days. They do not live in the soil. None of their lifecycle is in the soil. Maybe on the surface occasionally.
