0 likesI agree with the more light! When it stretches out like that it’s searching for light - it’s called etiolation. More light meaning it should be right in a window (south or west facing if possible) or under a grow light. You can chop it back to make it more compact and use the leaves to make more plants if you want

1 likeHello 👋 Do you have a favorite cactus soil? There are so many to choose from and they kinda all say the same things.
1 likeI use a mix of Perfect Plants Organic Succulent Soil and Bonsai Jack's Gritty Mix
1 likeI've been using the common miracle gro cactus mix. Sometimes i add a bit of orchid bark at the very bottom of the pot to give it a little extra drainage where it's needed most

1 likeA good way to tell how well your succulent is doing (especially jades) is to gently press one of the leaves between two fingers- if it feels firm and stable, you're good! But if it feels thin, too squishy, or falls off too easily, you probably need to water it differently! (leaves falling off occasionally is normal, but take the warning if multiple fall off easily often) (I don't think this can help give you insight into any other issues with your plant, like light level)
