    Hard to tell from the pictures. Possibly mealy bugs. Isopropyl alcohol on a q-tip will kill the ones you can see. You can spray the whole plant with alcohol or an insecticidal soap. Consider replacing the soil as mealies can suck on the roots as well.

      It looked like these might have been eggs and there were two really small green bugs

      to add on, you may also benefit from adding diatomaceous earth to you soil. DE will kill bugs that may get into ur soil and affect the roots. you can also get neem oil (such as Captain Jack’s) to prevent and treat a wide range of plant problems. good luck!
