HELP! I have been dealing with investigation after infestation. Millie bugs, scale, white flies, and now this if anyone knows what this is, can you please tell me and help me with figuring out how to treat it

    looks like it could be fungal!! i’m not sure what to do in that scenario.. but that sucks and i’m sorry you can’t seem to catch a break

      Thank you! I’ll try googling some fungus treatments and give them a try. It’s already on at least two of my frangapanis so I’m hoping to kick it before it keeps spreading
