Is this eggs?? I don’t understand did they maybe come with the plant I bought? How do I prevent this? Because I’m ready to give up on plants :(

Can you get a few more pics? It’s hard to tell when zoomed in. Could they be mushrooms? Don’t give up it gets easier and better I promise!

좋아요 1개Well in this pic it does kinda look like eggs. I’m really not sure though. For sure get rid of them. It looks like pearl lite almost but doubt it would be stuck to the leaves like that if so.
0개 좋아요Yeah I’m guessing eggs. I’d get a napkin to pull those off and smoosh. That’s just me cause I ain’t chancing it with pests!😬😂

좋아요 1개Hard to see. Could be spent lizard or gecko eggs. Pull off the pot. Pop out the ‘egg/mushrooms’ and carefully examine everything. If hard, it’s likely perlite chunks or gecko eggs. If spongy, it’s likely mushrooms 🍄 or bits of packing styrofoam peanuts. If crawling, kill it before it grows. You have to be brave as a plant parent. 😄🍀🍀🍀
0개 좋아요I live in PA so I doubt it is a lizard egg although I would love to have some lizards lol
좋아요 1개It does kinda look like just some large perlite me.
