I’ve tried so many times with this plant. Higher humidity, fertilize every watering. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong??

Have you checked the roots? When I’ve overwatered the roots start rotting and the leaves turn yellow and fall off. If the soil is really moist, I recommend getting it into new soil and changing your water frequency and amount

So, I isolated it and placed a couple of the remaining healthy stalks in a water/leca set up - basically as a propagation to save it. It's still a battle with thrips, but it has been doing better.
