Ok, so I'm totally not an expert on Christmas cactuses. Does the new growth look...weird? And what do all the roots it's growing mean?

    New growth looks normal to me! The new leaves come in very tiny and cute, and the whole leaf will grow at once

    totally normal! the holiday cactuses are epiphytic, meaning they'd climb up trees. the roots just mean it's looking for something to climb. you actually have an easter cactus
