Hi, both my peace lily and African Violet have been in my screened in porch until yesterday. I’m in NC and the temperature has varied a lot lately. I’ve been watering on schedule but I didn’t know if they all drooped like this from the temperature. My Monstera has already died as well. I’ve moved them all inside but didn’t know if recovery was possible.

I think any plant if there’s life in it, it is recoverable. I would definitely bring the plants in give them some warmth some light. I would cut off the dead leaves for sure. And maybe the next time you water it you give it some nutrients. It’s a start and it’s just gonna take time for it to recover if it’s meant to.

Yeahhh it’s too cold here in NC for anything to be outside that’s not meant for this zone. I agree with Rhona, I’d cut most of it back to about four inches from the soil base, wait to water till mostly dry, give it lots of light and warmth and patience

I also live in NC and when the first frost hit everybody in my house started to react. I don’t ever want anyone to lose 1 leaf but it’s normal. I put mine in triage 🤭until they start to recover, the cold is not the friend of either plant so try to keep them around temps of at least 72 to be safe. The Peace Lily will always bring the drama, but usually recovers within a hour or so. African Violets will need more care. You got this. I always bring better in the spring, they’ll make it.
