Over night damage to my Dragon’s Tail by this fuzzy orange opponent! It’s a daily battle. 😠

Oh my gosh! Is that poisonous? How do you treat the plants to keep those suckers off?

I can’t put anything on them like pesticides because I have two dogs that taste tested a lot of outdoor plants as pups including my oleanders and lantanas which are toxic. So, I just make a daily morning round inspecting my potted plants for them and snails/slugs. I just remove them with tools.

I’m but sure if it’s poisonous. I never touch them with bare hands. 😬

Ah that makes sense, definitely gotta keep the pups safe, eeeks definitely sounds like a battle. Last year the sidewalks near my house were literally crawling with hoards of some kind of caterpillar, didn’t have outdoor plants back then but I’m dreading it now lol

I have many snails that are hard to see on my patio. I cringe when I hear them crunch underfoot! 😫 I try to sweep my pathway to avoid stepping on them. They are hard to see. Luckily, the caterpillars are easier to see.

Ugh that would be terrifying, that’s good, have you tried putting salt all around the pathway edges?
