I bought this variegated Burle Marx cutting back in February. The roots have grown over the months and the plant is super healthy but there have been no signs of new growth. Does anyone know if this is one of those spent notes? Should I cut off the leaf to encourage new growth?

The only thing I can think of is maybe looking at your pot size. I think a 3-4inch pot would work well for now. What i’ve usually found with my larger plants like my monstera cuttings is that they like to fill the pot and establish a lot of roots in a pot before pushing new growth
