Did you change location or humidity? If not, it looks like overwatering.

I just got this plant 2 weeks ago… it’s been sitting in the same spot since I moved it in… and have only watered it twice..

Look for pests, firstly. Alocasia’s have issues when relocating, especially to an area with lower humidity than where they came from. Don’t overthink it, they are dramatic. I keep mine in a self-watering pot with a water level indicator to keep it damp but not soggy or dry. If it does end up dropping all leaves, again, don’t panic. They tend to do that when they’re stressed and can eventually grow more leaves. As long as the roots are alive, the plant is alive.

Okay thank you. There are no pests that I can see or tell by.. so hopefully it is a relocating issue. I have been watering when planta tells me to and have kept and the on the soil… should I cut the damaged leaves off?
