Help! So there’s the yellow ish white dots/balls on my cactus is it bad or good or what!

    That’s fungus. It won’t harm the plant. It thrives on moisture and organic matter. There really shouldn’t be excess moisture in cactus soil. Ensure the pot has drain holes and water only when the plant needs it.

    Might want to change it to a Terra cotta pot so it wipes the extra moisture
