Hello! My lil scindapsus is getting these brown spots with the hallow of yellow. I recently had a fungus on my monstera and am worried that this may be something similar. The diagnostic tool on this app is telling me it’s most likely over watering causing this but I want to ensure she doesn’t need a fungicide treatment too! The soil is very damp and I am concerned for possible root bound blocking the drainage holes. I plan to repot her later this week. I also wasn’t sure if it may be a pest just cause the one leaf does look like a bite was taken out of it. That’s how the one of the other two damaged leaves started as well. Any advice is welcomed and thank you in advanced!

For starters, bcz of that bite in the leaf, i would get my magnifying glass out with a light 🔍 and look everywhere to rule out pests. That's all i have. I'm sure someone knows more...

To me it almost looks like those leaves are burnt? How close is the lighting? Also, I second checking for pests and definitely removing the damaged leaves. After treatment wait to see if more occurs.

mine did exactly this when i overwatered it. an antifungal can't hurt but the roots are probably the issue here
