I found these bugs in one of my plant soil. I had bought organic soil. I am really worried. Can I treat this? Are the neighbor plants going to get it also? I changed the soil and I have the same problem again.

Those look like millipedes. Is your plant outdoors or indoors? Millipedes won’t hurt your plants, they just eat dead plant matter in the dirt. Kinda like rollie pollies.

Should I spray them? What should I do? The plant seems to be ok.

Those are flat backed milipedes. There's no need to spray; they're unaffected by most pesticides. The best way to remove them is to take the pot outside, tap it harshly against the ground a few times (this should scare away most of the adults) then repot with fresh soil (remove any other adults physically and new soil helps remove any eggs.) They are nice to have in a garden, so you can shake them out near a spot with plenty of mulch, dead wood, or dry leaves just to be nice to them. Then adjust your situation indoors. Remove any decaying plant material from your pots, remove any obvious hiding spots (millipedes like damp crevices, like under pots), and increase air flow to help things stay a bit dryer between waterings.

They aren’t harmful but if your plant is indoors you probably want them out. I would try shaking the pot and removing the top few inches of soil and replacing it. If that doesn’t work you could always repot which would 100% get them out

Why did I get these? Did I do something wrong?

They appear to enjoy to be very close to the plant itself. 😬

I found one in the neighbor plant, coincidence? or do these guys somehow infect all the plants around the sick one?
