i found tiny little white/silver looking bugs in my soil and moss pole. They are nowhere to be found on stems and leaves so i’m not sure what they are. the plants show no signs of stress and still pop out new leaves frequently but idk now long these little buggers have been there. i can’t get a good picture of them but they are pretty microscopic. probably as big or slightly bigger than a grain of sugar and shaped like a grain of rice.

How to get a good picture: learn how to lock the focal length on your phone (on android, you tap the screen and it brings up a circle with a lock icon. Tapping the lock turns it gold and locks the focus.) So with that knowledge, zoom in to about 6x, aim at something close up and relatively flat (i use plant leaves), get as close as possible, and tap the screen to force it to auto-focus. When it gets the thing reasonably focused, lock the focal length. Now aim at your bugs and physically move the phone back and forth until the image is clear. If the insect is really tiny, take a clear photo from further out and crop it to help make the insect more visible.

Also you have to adjust zoom before focus, because changing the zoom unlocks the focal length

That's a springtail. They're totally harmless and can help prevent and control mold. They're beneficial to have around, and are often bought for terrariums

Not totally sure what they could be, but you can try removing the moss pole and spraying it with 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 3 parts water. You can also spray this on the soil. Or use neem oil. Also let the top couple of inches of the soil totally dry before watering. And give the plant more light to help it dry out right now. If that doesn’t work, I would repot it.
