Hello! I took over this cutting from a friend about a week ago. It has been doing so well and so healthy!! I can see that it’s definitely been over watered so I’m trying to let it dry out but I also noticed something strange on one of the leaves.. it’s only on this 1 leaf. I did treat with neem oil as preventative (no pests yet). Has anybody seen this or know what it is?? I did notice a few leaves curing as well.. Thanks guys you’re a life saver!!

my best guess is minor root rot. first step i would try is repotting into dry soil, checking the individual roots for any off-color brown or mush.

It looks like the top layer was eaten. Check with a magnifying glass for pests.

I was thinking the same thing, I did treat it with neem oil and also added a systemic pest control to the soil

If it’s just one leaf, I would cut it off and have a close eye on the rest
