Check for pests and treat, if any. Check the roots for rot. Rot can happen from slow drying soil and overwatering. Cut off the rotten roots, rinse with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect and replace the soil. Disinfectant/clean the pot and cutting tools. Check for root bound conditions. A slightly larger pot might be needed if there are more roots than soil in the pot. More light is better for a monstera. They can take direct early morning and late afternoon sun. They prefer filtered bright light during the middle of the day. Add a grow light above it if you can’t get enough light. Fertilize.
