Hi, my anthurium dorayaki is turning yellow. I understand some of leaves getting crunchy/brown from perhaps low humidity, but I’m uncertain why some of the leaves are turning completely yellow but are otherwise physically fine? It’s in a chunky soil, I water every few days with filtered tap water, have a moss collar, and I try my best to keep the humidity high for it in my otherwise dry house. It is currently growing a new leaf that looks healthy so not certain it is a root issue. Could it be related to the water? Thank you!

Could be root rot. Since its almost Spring, I would check the roots and spray them down with 3% hydrogen peroxide and water. Repot in semi moist chunky soil and see what happens. I would cut the yellow leaves off but you don’t have to

What is the lighting like? What is “every few days” for watering? With all of them turning yellow, I suspect over watering.

Watering twice a week, and the plant is next to a south facing window so receiving indirect lighting throughout the day

I would back off on the watering. Do you test the soil before watering? Either via a water meter or putting a wood skewer in the soil (preferred)? How much direct light does the plant get in the south facing window? Anthuriums typically need less light than expected.
