can anyone tell me what's causing this and how to fix it? i bought it about a week ago and i keep it in an ikea baggebo cabinet with grow lights, last watered a couple of days ago and soil is still moist

    It looks like either mold or fungal infection.

    bacterial infection called soft rot. caused by overwatering and poor airflow, too much water being taken in by the roots with nowhere to go makes cells burst in the leaves and begin to rot. cut off affected leaves and repot asap, root rot is a major cause of this
