Checked on my alocasia ninja yesterday and it’s roots had completely rotted, is there any saving this guy or should I call it a day? Thanks so much ☺️

try a perlite/fluval stratum mix! I've heard good things and am trying it myself

If it’s still hard, remove some of that water. You want to only submerge the corm around halfway.

Try leca or perlite as mentioned. I had to submerge mine nearly all the way, it wouldn’t grow roots anywhere but the top for some reason. Add a touch of hydrogen peroxide to your water to help prevent further rot.
