Having a situation with my cylindrical snake plant. I’ve researched online and have not come up with an answer of what is going on. On this plant I find droplets on a couple leaves now and then. I know many plants drip water but never heard of a snake plant doing it. Plus the drops are sticky. It’s not from a plant above, I can not find any pests.

Did you use any sort of pest control spray? I thinking mine may be residue from spraying it on, but if you haven’t use one on yours, must be something else.

No spray. Added Bonide about a week ago but this started earlier.

Philodendrons will drip. Normal for them.

Philodendron can sap normally, but usually down the stems or leaf edge. it can also be from pests biting the leaves. So make sure you treat or do a through test.

These will sap, though its not something I see on mine often.mimes much smaller than yours. If you put down systemic and checked for pest, I think its just gutattion. To keep an eye on.

For lack of any other possibility, I thought gutation was probably it. Just wasn’t sure. Thanks.

I’ve never seen a cylindrical snake plant, but now I want one.

I have a couple and as they get older they start growing in different directions. I’ve almost poked my eye out several times with this guy. I’ve moved him to a place where I’m not bending over in front’s of him. If you like this one, look up starfish snake plant.
