Does anyone know if this works to get rid of the adult fungus gnats? I already have a product I add to the water to kill the babies in the soil, but the adults still fly around.

i am not sure but i think this helps keeps pests away like mealy bugs etc. I have never used this personally but i have seen videos on it. One video said to mix 1 part of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 4 parts of water if the infestation is really bad

i usually recommend a castile soap solution sprayed on the leaves as a general insecticide for any small, soft-bodied insects. a diluted hydrogen peroxide flush of the soil will kill anything living in the soil, but if you have beneficial bacteria (bti) that should be unnecessary.

Use mosquito dunks in your watering can. One dunk lasts a month. Let water sit with dunk at least 24 hours. Keep refilling watering can. Works amazing! I’ve got over 100 plants and have no gnats! Takes a few weeks to completely get rid of them as it only kills babies and not flying guys.

Gnats usually mean you overwater your plants.
