Green goddess

I need help with my monstera I recently (3 months ago-ish) repotted it and all the leaves are turning this jaundice yellow and then black. Even the new leaves that sprout immediately start to turn black. Someone please help me!

Is she root bound ? Or rotting anywhere? Or do You see any pests? Or maybe overwatered ? (Just giving a bunch of things for you to look for which are the usual issues)

No root bound, maybe the occasional fruit fly and as for the watering it’s done maybe once at week at most!

    Maybe it’s under watered ?

I water it when the soil gets dry or a little damp.

Have you checked under the soil when you water ? Typically the top will be dry but if there’s not good drainage or you don’t check deep in the soil it can get overwatered

Thanks I’ll check! It’s one of those pots that has a drainage tray in it (not sure if that makes sense )

What’s the size of the pot? Need photos showing the entire plant with the pot. The pot could be too big if it is potted like the coleus plants on the right. The coleus plants can’t dry out all the water in that large pot. This keeps too much wet soil on the roots as Lilian described. Watering too frequently before all water is dried out only makes it worse. Insufficient lighting could add to the problems. Monstera does better in bright light near (within a foot of) an east or west window facing window. A grow light running 12 to 14 hours could be needed.🍀🪴
