Heya! Not sure if this is a problem per say but I am VERY confused as to what has caused this to happen to my peace lily??? Not complaining because the gorgeous lime green is absolutely gorgeous, I’m just confused. First pic (dark green) was taken in Feb 25 and the second pic (lime green) was taken 4 days ago! Hasn’t been repotted or moved at all between pics just regular water and part morning sun with indirect for the rest of the day

Hmm that seems like a pretty quick progression! I would guess it doesn’t have the right nutrients. I had a peace lily that i got given which was that lime green colour in pretty old soil. What I did was repot and start it on a fertilising routine, feeding it every 3-4 weeks just with an ordinary liquid fertiliser from a big box store. I just used the amounts on the bottle. It ended up going back to its normal dark green colour and these days is gigantic and super happy :) I’ll post some pics in a separate post!

That’s so sad!! I was hoping he was just a happy odd colour but I guess I should make him happy and not myself ahahaha (looks like he’s getting a repot and some food) I do really love the lime green tho 😭

Hahaha! It is pretty nice. If you want a plant that’s naturally that gorgeous lime green, have a squiz at the neon pothos! :)

If you like the lime green leafy-ness of this, a Dracaena Limelight is a great option and they’re SO EASY

Would you repot it and fertilize it on the same day or wait til it settles a bit before feeding? I read somewhere you should wait?

I personally put a single dose of fertiliser in the water after repotting and then not again for at least 4 weeks :)) most of my plants thrive after a repot
