my jade pothos had small white (not moving) clumps on her leaves and stems, white mushy spots that would wipe off from touch, tiny yellowish/white egg things in the soil, little brown specks, and some brown holes and scars on her leaves. my first reaction was to spray down with neem oil, so i did- but foolishly i didn't get any pictures of the larger white spots. here are the best photos of them i can get. my initial idea was mealy bugs but i didn't see anything that actually moved. what does this sound like to you? thanks in advance, i really appreciate any help identifying the problem!

The white mushy clumps could be mealy bugs. Wipe down the areas with neem oil.
