My plants have fungus gnats after repotting about a month ago. I’m treating the soil and using sticky traps, but in my rubber tree I am also seeing these weird long things that move as one but appear to be two bugs attached? Are they mating fungus gnats or what? They are all over the plant pot but also on a window in the room. I’m also fighting off spider mites now too. I blame the damn soil but I’m trying to figure out what all I’m dealing with here.

After more digging I think they could be minute scavenger flies? But why would they be on my indoor houseplant? I have a raised herb bed outside this window but I never open the windows

agree with scavenger flies. sometimes they're attracted by lights indoors. they're not harmful, they eat dead stuff in the soil.
