    Underwatered or increase humidity. You could add pebbles and water to the tray to help.

    This plant doesn’t need any added humidity, so it may be from underwatering

    May be from over fertilizing often or too much fertilizer at one time. This can burn leaf tips.

    Also, they don’t like tap water. I use the water from a dehumidifier (you can also let a pichet sit for days in order that most of the chemicals evaporate)
