    You cant heal it, seems to be dieing back, don't worry... completely normal.. should grow new arms soon once its happy

    trumpets will die pretty often. as long as the rest of the plant looks good you should be okay. i can't really tell, but if you have your nepenthes in normal soil, you need to transfer asap! carnivorous plants aren't made to be in normal soil. they need soil-less mediums like moss, coir, or leca.
