help!! attached is a picture of what I believe is a cobweb houseleek. it looks very spindly and has some brown leaves that look like they are about to fall off. i haven't watered in about a week and a half, and I don't water more than two weeks apart. it gets full sun on my south facing windowsill. i recently got into plants so I'm not sure what is wrong. thank you and let me know if you have any suggestions!!

    That cobweb is attached to spider mites, look closely can you see them on the front and back of the leaves. Take the plant and spray it off vigorously with water, repot in fresh soil, then wipe each leaf front and back with 70% alcohol, spay really good with neem oil and then isolate this plant from all other plants, check your other plants

      will do, thanks! i could be totally wrong, but are cobweb houseleeks supposed to have the webs? hence their name?
