I used to have an albino monstera that was very healthy. Not sure how this happened, but all the leaves are turning yellow and brown. This is also happening to my other monstera. What is the issue and is there any way to save them?

Root rot from over watering / under watering / light. One of the above

Yeah check on the roots and cut off any that are brown and mushy. Make sure it’s in a chunky mix so it’s gets some airflow and only water once the top inch or two is dry. I also agree it may need more light but it’s hard to tell from the picture. More light also helps it use more water which helps both issues.
