   the dark spot in the first picture just looks like an aerial root sprouting (which is good!) and i’m not sure what you’re referring to in picture #2 (it looks healthy). as for the dark spots in #3, it could be a bacterial or pest issue. inspect your leaves and stems very thoroughly for pests, it almost looks like there’s little white specks on that leaf which could be a sign of a thrip issue. if not, it’s probably a bacteria problem from wet soil or too much wetness on the leaf. if you find thrips, you can treat that with spinosad like captain deadbug or or azamax. for bacteria, you want to remove the leaf to prevent the bacteria from spreading and treat with copper fungicide or something similar
