Hi everyone! new plant owner here :) I took on this Pothos plant from a friend, but it has been neglected for too long. Any tips or advice on how I can get it to grow and thrive again? How often should I water, fertilize, if repotting is needed, etc. Muc appreciated! 🌿

    check on the roots, make sure she isnt rootbound! and i’d follow the planta schedule for water, but make sure u check the soil before watering in case the soil is still wet :)

    this looks like a chop & prop situation to me, especially because those leaves are so sad. pothos tend to be prolific growers and will thrive in any conditions. they like indirect light, so where you have it may be too bright. remember that planta is infamous for overwatering with their schedules, i personally love the snooze button. always check soil before watering, you're looking for ~2 inches of dry soil before a watering, so if you're using your index finger, you want to be able to almost stick your whole finger in before you get to moisture. during spring/ summer, fertilize every 2-3 weeks. during fall/ winter, i slow it down to once every two months. if you do decide to cut it, leave two nodes on each cutting, and i find the most success with sphagnum moss. wishing her a speedy recovery 🤞🏻
