My mom peace lily has this white spots and brown leaves on them. I think it may be thrips also because her leaves are turning brown. Any advice?

    I think it’s just the pollen(?) dust from the flower!

      What about the brown spots and browning of leaves? She waters from the bottom and feeds it.

    The tops of mine get brown but form have spots mid leaf so k am not sure about that.. I’m sorry! I water from the top whenever this app recommends and sometimes will mist it!

    Look like mealy bugs to me, or powdery mildew 🧐🫪

      Yep. Mealies or dropped pollen; powdery mildew tends to be more of an even coating across the whole leaf

    I agree with the first comment. Just looks like pollen dropping, mine has the same at the moment as it's in flower. The brown could be due to low humidity but worth checking over for any bugs.

      Just to show you mine for some reassurance. It's just pollen landed on leaves below.

    I would cut those leaves. I also wipe the leaves with paper towel dip in soapy water every month. Don’t forget to rinse your wipes every few leaves you wipe. I do it with all my indoor plants.
