I noticed some leaves on my fern turning pale and browning, and I’m wondering what’s wrong with it. I’m worried it’s not getting enough water, even though I water according to Planta’s schedule for it, but I’m worried about overwatering I know this is new browning too, because I cut away all the old browning that I could to help Fred grow back. I also took some pictures of my plants between then and now, and this is new I pour water in the outside pot and let it go up through the holes in his actual pot. I know it reaches the top, so I’m pretty sure it’s getting to the roots because the soil on top is damp

The pot looks to be a bit big, so when you water, it hasn’t dried out enough to be watered again. Try potting down a size- Planta is not always accurate, and you should always test the soil before watering again.

Thank you, I’ll transplant him and see if it helps him improve. He’s survived me so far so he’s a tough little plant, so I’m hoping he pulls through this too. And thanks again
