What is this? I’m trying to propagate a ficus benjamina and this white stuff has been growing on it ever since I put it in water. It does look like there are some roots as well though so I don’t know if u should be worried

    Possibly scale insects? Or your ficus has decided it wants to be popcorn when it grows up

      Where did they come from? Also do they survive in the water? This has been in water ever since I cut it
