   Could be under or over watered, especially under in a terracotta pot? And she looks a bit big for the pot, could just be the angle, but id check those roots, and the soil just to be sure.

   imo the environment around the root ball is too dry and it doesn’t like it. I always try to water enough until the terracotta also gets watered and soaked if I use them for aroids.

   I don't have a mint, but my regular monsteras do this when they're thirsty (or pissed at me for repotting them)
