Water only when dried out, and perhaps a little too much light however I'm not sure of lumens etc?

I would also add diluted fertilizer once a month in colder months and twice a month in the warmer growing season. I add SuperThrive plant vitamins with with the fertilizer. I have had good results with it. Could need more light as well. Lower the grow light to see if it helps. Most of the plant looks like it’s in the dark. The plant needs about 6 hours of light. 🍀🪴
