My monstera standleyana has this one leaf that is now browning. I received this propagated beauty from a friend. The two largest leaves were what we started with a few months back now. I have two new lovely white leaves coming in but the one that is now browning. Is it just time for the leaf to die off or could it be something else?
All white leaves tend to brown fast because they can’t photosynthesize correctly. They need enough green on them to make them last. I’ve heard that silica supplements help keep the white leaves healthier longer but I haven’t tried it yet
