A couple of my plants are suffering from fungus gnats right now… they were outdoor plants until I brought them inside several weeks ago as it started to get cold. Is it okay to use these two products at the same time, mosquito bits and neem oil? Desperately wanting to eradicate these pests from my apartment asap. Thanks!

Just the left product should work. You shouldn’t need neem.

Great, that’s what I’m thinking. Thanks so much!

Mosquito Bits will work as an insecticidal tea mixture during watering and when worked into the soil to kill the larvae. You can use a soapy dish water spray to rid the plants of the adults until the Mosquito Bits ends the life cycle. It smells better than Neem oil.

Yes! This is my dynamic duo right here. Mosquito bites (tea) for the soil and neem oil (a couple teaspoons in a spray bottle with a few drops of dish detergent) for the leaves. This comb is all I use to stay pests free. Oh and the yellow sticky traps for the adults flying around or you can fill something small with acv. But yeah works for fungus gnats, spider mites and I’m assuming other pests too since I have 150+ plants and almost never have a problem anymore since using these two. KNOCK ON WOOD! 😅 Oh and changing to a chunky mix! That was the game changer for me for sure!

there is an easier way to kill the larvae than the mosquito bits. it’s the same bacteria but they sell it on Amazon in drop form. you use just ONE drop per GALLON of water and water your plants as usual. I have ZERO gnats in my house and don’t need yellow sticky traps either because if you kill the larvae there will be no adults!

Can you share the name of the drops?

this is it. the bottle with the drops is inside the tub. weird, yes. but I honestly think it’s because the smell is very strong. it smells like you walked into a health food store, haha.
