Hello, I’m a fairly new plant owner and while I have fungus gnats on another plant, I’ve never seen these before. I’m not sure if it’s larvae of fungus gnats or something different entirely but couldn’t get a diagnosis. They’re small, white aphid looking things but don’t think they fly (yet maybe?) and on the first image there is an even smaller brown/camouflaged one to the left and slightly up of the white one. They are incredibly tiny to the naked eye. Any ideas or advice? Thanks :)

Throw it away. Aphids and that plant won't be worth the struggle to rid them. If you have other plants check for the bugs they migrate quickly.

You can change the soil to a well draining mix if you are emotionally tied to the plant. Clean and disinfectant the pot (and the area around it). Rinse the bare roots with hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria. Overwatering encourages growth of those insects.
