I’m not an expert but maybe lack of light?

This happened to one of mine a while back and i think it was from overwatering and lack of light

It can be over watering, under watering, lack of light or just normal aging. Possibly overwatering if the leaves yellow completely before dying. Possibly under watering if leaf tips dry brown, then, start to yellow. Lack of light if the plant droops and color fades. Aging is typically when oldest leaves turn yellow first and brown before completely dying.

Mine is in semi hydro so obviously overwatering isn’t really a concern for me….but mind had been fine for years and just started doing this as well. I’ve been reading up on them and it sounds like they don’t love their roots to be crowded so I actually ended up splitting mine in two and now it seems much happier. Just noting this as it might not be as simple as under/over watering. I’ve also read that spider plants get brown tips bc of the water type you use sometimes too.
