    What are you watering with? Dracaenas are very sensitive to the chemicals and minerals in tapwater. If you can I would suggest using either rain or distilled!

    You show 4 yellow stickers to catch fungus gnats! There is a good chance fungus gnat larvae are eating on the roots.

      Those are just for maintenance in case. I water with gnat drops so fungus gnats are well controlled.
