okay.. has anyone had a successful experience with getting rid of thrips on their plants? I brought home 5 beautiful new babies, and it looks like about all of them have a minor infestation of thrips. Seriously maybe 3-4 adults on each plant that i’ve noticed, not too terrible. I quickly repotted, added bonide systemic granules, and drenched the roots/leaves/stems with Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew. They’re all in quarantine, and i’m really hoping I can save them 🥹 any advice/ positive energy? 💛

Systemic granules helped get rid of mine! It takes abt a week after watering to start seeing a change

I have been successful cleaning the leaves weekly by alternating between 70% rubbing alcohol and peppermint Castile soap, which I mostly rinse off after it sits awhile. Anytime in between I see those jerks I spritz them with the rubbing alcohol. It dries so fast I haven’t had a problem with it burning the plants. This was successful at the first sight of them on my monstera deliciosa.
