    It’s a little hard to tell, can they wash off? Are they mealy bugs? (Pic as an example)

      I’ve never personally dealt with mealy bugs, but there are a lot of helpful guides on dealing with them on YouTube. I found a video called “Get Rid of Mealybugs in 5 Easy Steps” by Planterina that seems pretty thorough. Best of luck!
