Just got this beautiful Bird of Paradise plant, and after 2 days, I noticed small brown/black dots. Any ideas on what it could be, and how can I treat it? Please help, I'm desperate!!!

BeaplantThe spots are going to stay, but you should treat it with neem oil just in chase

EmilyAwesome plant! My Bird of Paradise also has a few freckles on it as well, it might have just been the way it was grown as a baby

I had this same thing happen to mine. I brought mine inside once the temps outside started dropping. I’m still not sure what it is but I sprayed it down with a fungicide and treated it with systemic granules and it seemed to stop
